Owner

An experienced industry professional, Lara Tessadri has been a leader in the industry for over 24 years. Starting as a Mortgage Loan Processor and Loan Originator, since 2001, Lara has subsequently emerged as one of Northern California’s most detailed and sought after Loan Signing Agents.

Realizing the need for better trained and experienced notaries, NotaryZoom LLC was founded in 2019 to ensure loans for her growing list of clients were closed professionally, without errors, and on time. With over 30,000 orders successfully closed, and servicing 35 escrow and attorney offices, NotaryZoom LLC has quickly become the most trusted nationwide signing service.

Lara is additionally the Owner and Lead Instructor of LT Training, a professional education company dedicated to advancing the skills of Notaries Public and Loan Signing Agents. She specializes in California notary law, loan document execution, and business development strategies designed to help notary professionals build and sustain successful practices.

Mary Rhay

Scheduler

Mary's diverse background and expertise make her an invaluable asset to the NotaryZoom team. Her years of experience in business ownership and management have equipped her with the necessary skills to excel as our full time Scheduler, ensuring that notary signings run seamlessly. With her keen attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills, Mary oversees all the important aspects of each signing.

When she's not working, Mary enjoys spending time with her two children. She also loves to travel and explore new places, and she continues to pursue her passion for dance. With her vast experience and diverse range of interests, Mary is a true asset to the NotaryZoom team.

Farhana Ali

Scheduler

With over four years of experience as a notary, Farhana Ali brings dedication, integrity, and a passion for service to everything she does. Backed by a background in investigations and certified as a Wicklander-trained investigator, she’s known for her attention to detail and commitment to getting things done right.

Outside of work, Farhana is an avid home chef who loves experimenting with new recipes, a travel enthusiast always looking for her next adventure, and a proud dog mom. Whether spending quality time with family, her partner, or close friends, she values the simple joys in life.

Raised by a strong single mother, Farhana is driven by the desire to make her proud—always striving to grow, learn, and be her best self. Her daily goal? To make at least one person smile, because for her, that’s what truly makes a day worthwhile.
